My husband Jonathan and I had the best day of our lives on the 28th of September 2019 thanks to Prep My Event. We had so much fun and free from any stress and drama.
We had planned an outdoor garden wedding but 4 days before the wedding it was all thunder and rains, so they had 4 days to shift an entire wedding from outside to inside and I must say what a fantastic job they did.
Nothing was left out, everything was done on time and handled so well. I couldn’t recommend anyone else other than this team of miracle workers. They worked with all the vendors to pull off such a beautiful and unforgettable day.

We hired Prep My Event for our destination wedding. We are not from Sri Lanka so we needed all the advice and guidance we could get.
Prep My Event is a husband and wife team. Melissa is talented in setting the scene, location selection, decor ideas and themes, floral arrangements etc, while Warren is talented in 'handling the local vendors' to get the job done in time. They are both talented in spotting little details to make your event memorable and beautiful.
Melissa and Warren listened closely to our ideas for an outdoor wedding and executed them by sourcing and arranging everything needed for the ceremony and reception, from caterers and alcohol selection, florist, make-up artist, photograher + videographer, marquee structure and dance floor set-up, tables and chairs, board design and printing, band and DJ, and transportation for our guests.
On the day of our wedding we were stress-free. Melissa, Warren and their team managed all the coordination work so we got to celebrate with our family and friends. Months later our guests are still talking about how beautiful and well organized the wedding was.
More importantly, Melissa and Warren are kind, honest and genuine people who will go above and beyond to meet your expectations. You will feel like you have gained great friends by the end of it. We highly recommend this incredible husband and wife team. You won't be disappointed.

Planning a wedding is stressful and this is not an unknown fact...Dave and I our truly glad and grateful we had Warren and Melissa be part of our journey as we shared our vows and said "I do" on 31 August2019.
Both Meli and Warren have a creative eye with class, great taste in music, amazing team and they were just a pleasure to work with.
Dave and I have full-time jobs and we would have not been able to host the beautiful wedding we had,to share it with our family and loved ones. We met Melissa and Warren in February 2019 and all I told them was the colour theme and our budget, the rest they took care of.
